Parking
Free parking is available within both the main and overflow car parks.
Designated disabled spaces are located within the main car park, adjacent to Cafe Tees.
There are two electrical charging points.
By train
Preston Park Museum & Grounds is about a 12 minute walk from Eaglescliffe Railway Station, operated by Northern.
Grand Central also run services between Sunderland and London that stop at Eaglescliffe Railway Station.
By bus
The museum is on a well serviced bus route. The Arriva North East bus service 7 / 7A Stockton High Street to Yarm stops outside the entrance to the park.

Accessibility
The park has many accessible paths, however there are also a number of rough and uneven pathways which can be difficult to navigate, especially in wet conditions.
The museum is wheelchair and pushchair accessible. Wheelchairs and walkers are available to use throughout your visit, please ask a member of staff if you require assistance. Please be aware that our gardens are accessed via a gravel path.

Cafe Tees temporarily closed until June
Cafe Tees will be closed from Thursday 27 March until the beginning of June, to complete the park’s improved cafe and toilet facilities.
From Tuesday 1 April, refreshments will be available for park users to purchase through the serving hatch at the back of the Victorian tearoom (just follow the path behind the Winter Garden).
